Entering 2012 purposefully

Dear fellow travellers on Planet Earth,
How is your ride going? 2011 sure has been a very intense year, to say the least!

We entered the ninth and final wave of the Mayan Calendar in March, and moved into a very fast vibrating evolutionary pace. We experienced evolutionary leaps in mere days, that previously took years - or even decades, or hundreds of years to reach. The world has seen so much intense change this year: Old and outworn patriarchal structures have been, and are, breaking down, which will leave room for a much better world to develop.

Then, on October 28th, all of the so called underworlds of the calendar came to an end - this date marked the end of a 16 billion years long evolutionary wave, according to scholar Carl Johan Calleman and more. I know many people have been so curious as to what "would happen" on that date, and many people were also eagerly anticipating the date of the portal of 11-11-11. Some of us may have felt a bit disillusioned that "nothing happened" on any of these dates - but is this really the case; that nothing happened? I absolutely do not think so. I think that we've been given great opportunities to ride these energy waves and work upon ourselves, and that the toughest job, for many of us, is over. But we're all on different journeys, and all on different evolutionary "stair steps" (as Denise LeFay on her excellent blog Transitions often mentions). And so some work remains.

I read somewhere that after the ending of the Mayan Calendar, we've entered into a sort of transition state where the old "ways" - or energy patterns - are, to a large extent, gone, while the new energies are not really grounded yet. The 21st of December, 2012, will be a very important date, because of different planetary and galactic alignments. So, between now and that date at the end of next year, will be a very important period of time. And it feels a bit like a void now, I think, for many of us, as we have for a long time been focussing our attention onto the final "days" and "nights" of the calendar and greatly anticipated its completion... without really knowing what we expected. But it is so important not to give up, not to go back to old and outworn ways, but to keep on dedicating ourselves to our own spiritual evolution and to the new and better world that we will all co-create, together with the other-dimensional realms (in fact we are evolving into multi-dimensionality).

Now is a very good time to think and feel deeply about what you would like to create for yourself and the world during the next year. Right now we're in a very special energetic "pocket", between eclipses, and even if you didn't use the energies of the past New Moon (solar eclipse) at 2 degrees of Sagittarius, you can still try to feel into it, find out where it falls in your chart, and pay attention to what will be highlighted this Saturday (December 10th) when there will be a lunar eclipse (17 degrees Sagittarius/Gemini). This eclipse period is special and magical. Feel into it.

Then, the next New Moon (new moons are excellent for manifestation work!) will be on Christmas eve! That new moon will be in Capricorn, which means it's such a good time to think about what you would like to get done for the next year. Capricorn focusses on the material, on structures and also on vocational goals and social standing etc - so it's good for organizing and getting practical things done, and putting energy into major goals, even one's life purpose. Possibly you will be busy opening Christmas gifts and eating lots of (heavy) good food that day, so it will be a very good idea to get prepared a bit in advance. Still, try to make use of the manifesting energies of the new moon, on Christmas Eve. Then, you can take your "new moon wish list" with you to that New Year's party, and into the next year...

An offer to guidance

As a help for you to use these energies to move consciously and with purpose into 2012, I'd like to offer you the service of working with your chart to help you get clear and conscious on the most pressing things/areas of your life - areas where you feel stuck and don't know how to move on - or simply to gain a deeper insight into who you are and what your purpose is, here on Earth, in this life. If you'd like to work with me, here's what you'd need to know: The readings I offer for the time being are relatively short (4-6 written pages, Times New Roman, 12pt). They are completely synthesised by myself, no computer programming involved. They zone into those areas of your life that you yourself feel are the most important for you at this point in time - or, if you don't have anything that you're experiencing as a particularly important area, I'll tune into what I feel is most important and urgent as seen in your horoscope. No matter if the reading focusses on a particular area of your own choice, or if is a more general reading, I'll always use my intuition to tune deep into the archetypes and into your higher self as I perceive it. I'll also work with tarot and oracle cards to further gain insight into your energetics.

After you've received the reading, there's the possibility of requesting even deeper insights into particular areas, if new questions and issues should be raised, for an additional, smaller fee. If you'd like, you can also request a very full and complete reading - please contact me to find out about details and cost. Also consider working with me regularly during a time period following after the reading. There might be some energy/pattern/issue that you'd like to explore more thoroughly within yourself, and I can help with that. Also in this case, please contact me.

The cost for a regular reading is 50 USD.

To go about requesting a reading, first contact me at capricorniancancer@gmail.com. In this mail, I welcome you to tell me a little bit about why you're seeking this guidance, what your biggest and most pressing questions or issues are - or if you're just looking to receive a deeper insight into yourself and your life purpose. I'll also need to know your first name, and if you're a man or a woman, and the exact time of birth (year, day, hour and minute) and place of birth (city, state, nation). Please note that the time of birth needs to be correct - otherwise the reading will be inaccurate. Please also note that I do not do readings for people under the age of 18 years.

When I have received your request and the data needed, I will confirm your request with an email and await your payment 50 USD (just click on the Buy now button under Soul Purpose Astrology Consultations, on the top right of this page). After I have received your payment, you will need to wait 2 to 3 days to receive your reading of 4-6 full text pages.

I greatly look forward to working with you!

Many blessings, and wishes of magical winter days,

~Anna~

Full Moon in Aries - the Goddess and the Sacred Warrior

We are in the energies of the Full Moon in Aries right now. The lunation was exact at 4.05 this morning here in Sweden. Luna is embracing her fullest visibility, her femininity lit up by opposite masculine Sun in Libra, and her fullness glowing in the potent warrior energy of Aries. Yes, she is in such a powerful position right now! She is even supported by Mars himself - the ruler of Aries, the sign she's in - as he is in a harmonious trine to her from his current position in Leo, where he's strong and proud.

The feminine, receptive Moon may feel a bit awkward in the combative and assertive fire energies of Aries - but the trine from Mars in Leo makes her better able to stand firmly in this power. And so we truly have an opportunity for a strong and powerful Moon, a fully embodied Goddess - the Sacred Feminine is thoroughly supported by the Sacred Masculine - the sacred warrior.

Also on the other side of the polarity of this Full Moon - in Libra - there is a great potential for a marriage between masculine and feminine energies. Libra is a masculine air sign, but is nonetheless ruled by Venus, the love goddess. In connection with Libra, Venus is about balance, harmony, peace, fairness, justice, aesthetics, relationships, partnerships, cooperation. So, in Libra the Sun is influenced by the feminine principle via Venus. The Sun is also in a close conjunction with Saturn, which provides stability and structure. Both the Sun and Saturn represent the father principle, and so Saturn's influence with the Sun on this side of the Full Moon polarity lends a sense of safety and trustworthiness - a grounded feeling for Luna as she stands in her feminine power.

And so it is an interesting and powerful combination of masculine and feminine energies that we are experiencing during this full moon. The yin/yang polarity is always inherent in a full moon (Sun/Moon), but in this Aries/Libra combination we have the other classic yin/yang combination at play, too - the Mars/Venus dynamic. The interesting part is that the lunar, feminine energy combines with Mars which is masculine (Aries), and the solar, masculine energy combines with Venus which is feminine (Libra). Mars himself truly has the potential of playing his role as sacred warrior during this lunation, through his trining the Moon, and sextiling the Sun. Oh of course, that is to say WE - all of us - have the potential of letting our inner sacred warrior support our inner Goddess.

A great part of the ascension process that is happening now on our planet is this return of the Goddess. Today's full moon happens only one day after we entered the last Day of the Ninth and final Wave of the Mayan Calendar - and it actually is the very last full moon of this evolutionary cycle. The potential for a balance between the Sacred Masculine and the Sacred Feminine that is inherent in this very special lunation is an amazing blessing. I wish for many beautiful insights and the serenity that comes with the knowing that balance has been achieved, between Masculine and Feminine, and between Self and Other, for all of you during these days.

Blessings,
Anna

Entering Autumn - the Third Part of the Astrological Year

We have recently entered Autumn, the third part of the astrological year, and it feels perfect to resume working with this blog - and working as an astrologer - within these balancing energies of the recent Autumnal Equinox (September 23, when the Sun entered Libra) and Libra New Moon (September 27). The Libran energies represent balance, harmony, relationships and co-operation, and the energies of the Autumnal Equinox are what's setting the scene for us all up until the Winter Solstice, when the final part of the astrological year begins. So, what is characterizing this autumn? What are we working with? Where are we, energetically? Well, I'm quite certain I don't need to say that the energies at play are intense - but still oh, so beautiful. Looking back....

(Picture: Autumn leaves by John Everett Millais)

... A very dominant energy of this year of 2011 - the very final year of the Mayan Calendar (ending October 28) - is the influence of both Uranus and Pluto in early degrees of cardinal signs: Uranus in early Aries, and Pluto in early Capricorn. These two slow-moving, outer planets play a HUGE part in the collective wake-up call and breaking down of old and out-worn structures that we are now experiencing on Planet Earth. Them being in EARLY degrees of cardinal signs means that they'll have an influence on ALL the solstices and equinoxes this year - which are so important markers during any year - as these are the times when the Sun enters the cardinal signs.

So, this year began DRAMATICALLY with the Spring Equinox Sun (0 degrees Aries) being tightly conjunct Uranus, and square Pluto (although not so tightly, Pluto being at 7 degrees Capricorn). At that time, we had just entered the Ninth and Final Underworld of the Mayan Calendar, and time had sped up x20! The tragedies of the earthquake and following tsunami, and then the meltdown of Fukushima, in Japan, had just happened. Personally I could definitely feel we were entering another phase of our evolution, and the chaotic and powerful energies ushering it all in. I also experienced much turmoil in my own life, and have gone through SO much change since then - especially during summer when we had three eclipses working very transformationally upon us. I'm sure many of you also can look back onto this first half of the astrological year of 2011, and feel that it has been... well, intense. Though that seems like a very small word. Special? Even smaller word, but yes, indeed. Deeply transformational, for sure.

And the Autumn Equinox keeps up the pressure - now, the Sun is in early Libra - opposing the point where it was at the Spring Equinox and opposing Uranus in early Aries. Both the Sun and Uranus are squaring Pluto in early Capricorn, so we have a so-called T-square in effect, and the profoundly disruptive and transformational energies are still very much at play. In all this seeming chaos, we need to recognize that transformation is needed, and we need to do our best to keep our inner peace and balance, and not allow ourselves to become involved in the outer dramas. Yes, BALANCE is really the keyword for the Autumn Equinox and entering Libra. Traditionally we set intentions for the year to come at the Spring Equinox, and come Autumn, we look at what has manifested and how we need to balance our creations. It's a lot about LETTING GO of what's no longer needed or wished for. Although you may not have been aware that you were doing this at the time of the equinox, you may have still done that kind of energetic work. And it's not too late. You should really use this time of the year to find balance and let go of superfluous ANYTHING. Especially this year.

Find your inner stillness, balance and peace

I would like to point out that it's definitely not all just chaos and upheaval in these times. Looking to outer events and what's being reported in mainstream media, this is probably what we see. It may also be what we feel inside of us. But might there be something completely different hiding in the stillness of the center point? Yes, and this is where we now have our very big challenge: Our firm decision to leave our old and outworn false identities and all its superfluous and heavy baggage behind us, and embrace a whole new paradigm where we live from our hearts and resume our intended "roles" as galactic citizens with multidimensional consciousness, and keepers of Gaia. And so when we let go of the chaos and drama, and move into Heart Consciousness, we move into the beauty and magic that are the TRUE nature of these times.

So, you know those rose-coloured glasses that people always told you that you needed to remove? - Well, what you saw through them is THE REAL THING! Because in truth, everything is LOVE. And existence is a magical adventure, which YOU create just the way you want it to be. You still need to know what energies you are working and playing with though, and that is how astrology can help you. If you are in the midst of emotional drama and feeling like you're only experiencing the negatives of the chaos and upheaval around you - perhaps feeling that nothing that you used to believe in is true, or that you have no idea who you truly are - it can be very difficult to find center space, balance and trust to be able to move on in a new world. In that case, please allow me to help you. I am here to guide you to move closer to your true self in these challenging but beautiful times. Astrology is my primary tool for this, and I combine it with my heart consciousness and my intuition. I also use tarot cards to tap deeper into what's going on for you right now, and what you can do to support yourself on your path. Please don't hesitate to contact me at capricorniancancer@gmail.com, to request a reading. There are different alternatives - I work both with written readings, and readings over Skype. If you are located in Sweden, I also work with in-person consultations. Right now I am located in Gothenburg.

I wish you very blessed, magical and balanced Libra days ahead!

With love, Anna

Unlock your potential with astrology

In the last two posts I've been trying to convey a sense of the grandness and importance of the time we're presently in - that is, the Ninth and final Wave of the Mayan calendar, which began on March 9 and ends on October 28 of this year. We are all experiencing this vibrational raise, and the best thing we can do is surrender to the process and become our True, liberated Selves. The evolution of Gaia and humanity is aimed toward us becoming multidimensional and experiencing unity consciousness. This means that we will be able to, while living in 3D - the physical world - simultaneously have a connection to both the 1st and 2nd dimensions, which represents Gaia's inner core - her iron core - and the elemental worlds, respectively, and then the 4th up to 9th dimensions. This will mean remembering our connection with Source and our cosmic origin, and truly living the truth that We Are One. This is all according to the plan, and it is also very, very needed. We humans are destroying not only eachother but Gaia, and it cannot go on any longer.

Rest assured that Gaia will not allow us to destroy her, and the plan is unfolding as it shall: humanity is waking up from deep unconsciousness. But, although this is already a done deal, You are needed to do your part! Each and every human being alive on planet Earth right now needs to wake up from their unconsciousness and step into their authentic, divine selves. There will be no more sleepwalkers abusing Gaia, but openhearted, spiritual humans tending to eachother and to her.

So, you are needed to do your part. And deep inside, although you may feel terrified, I am certain you are longing to align with your true, divine, purposeful self. What's so beautiful about all this, is that as all of us work with ourselves to liberate ourselves from our ingrained patterns and transform into the beautiful souls that we are - we help the Whole at the same time. You have an effect and an impact on everyone and everything that you interact with. Your love, your smile, your inner light spreads like rings on the water... and when you are in alignment with your soul's "blueprint", you will be able to help people around you, or animals, or the planet herself. There may be many, many different ways to do this - you are unique - and it is your uniqueness that is needed on the planet right now! What is needed is that you release yourself from ingrained, unconscious patterns that are dominating you until you become aware of them. There just needs to be light - consciousness - shone onto them, and you can liberate yourself from them. Consciousness is the first step. You may then need some guidance, coaching or the like to not fall back into your patterns - but what is so beautiful about this time, when the frequencies are so high and our planet is bathed in Light, is that karma transmutes very easily and quickly, and our potential to be conscious creators - or co-creators - is very great.

One step on your path to shine consciousness on who you are and where you're stuck can be to receive guidance from an astrologer. Gaia is intrinsically connected with the whole solar system (and of course, with the All), and everything that ever happens here is connected to the cosmic energies around us. You are imprinted with these cosmic energies, too, and exactly how this affects you is shown in your astrological birth chart. So, this chart really shows how you, as an Earth inhabitant, is connected to the Whole, and thus it shows your purpose here on Earth, what qualities and challenges you chose to come in with. And as the heavens continue their ever-swirling dance, the movements of the planets and the stars keep on affecting you in a special way according to your basic astrological make-up - or your basic nature.

If you are feeling stuck, or if you're just wanting to be your best, to understand yourself and why you're here, and be able to play your part in what is unfolding with love and purpose, please do not hesitate to contact me for an astrological consultation. The fees are very reasonable and I will aim to get to your most important issues that needs to be resolved or understood right now. You just need to email me with your questions, and I will suggest to you the type of reading that will suit you best.

Please see this post for more information on astrology consultations.

Sending you lots of love!

Barbara Hand Clow on the Ninth Wave of the Mayan Calendar (March 9 - October 28, 2011)

In a previous post I discussed the Mayan Calendar and how we recently - in March - entered the very final phase of a large evolutionary cycle. This final phase vibrates 20 times faster than the phase before, which vibrated 20 times faster than the phase before that one etcetera, etcetera - and so during this very short time, from March until the end of October this year, we experience an evolution of consciousness as great as what we earlier in history took hundreds, or thousands of years to achieve!

So what is this about? According to Barbara Hand Clow and others, our solar system has been sailing in the Galactic Night during thousands and thousands of years, but is again entering the so called Photon belt. Our solar system will align with the Galactic Center, that mysterious powerful point from which the Mayan Calendar itself is said to emanate. At about the same time, we are experiencing an astrological age shift - we're moving from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius. All the details and explanations about what these events are really about - us entering the Photon Belt, us aligning with the Galactic Center, and us entering the Age of Aquarius - are too many for one post... To sum up though, Barbara Hand Clow says that what we're evolving towards (and this is happening NOW!) is a re-awakening of our multidimensional nature and our knowledge of who we are - cosmic citizens - and a re-awakening of unity consciousness or oneness.

In the previous post I started out by writing about how strange everything has felt since we entered the Ninth Wave. The speed-up of time can really be felt. And Gaia is undergoing intense changes as well, which was clearly illustrated by the earthquake and tsunami disaster in Japan, which happened at the same time that we entered the First Day of the Ninth Wave. Here's an interview with Barbara Hand Clow in four parts (you'll find a link to the next part of the interview after this first one's been played), where she speaks about this entrance into the Ninth Wave or Universal Underworld of the Mayan Calendar:

Sending you much love, joy and courage in these spectacular times!

Clarity of Intention and Being In Time - The Mayan Calendar

It's been two and a half months since I last wrote here, and I feel like I've been in a completely different world during this time! I'm asking myself, Whatever happened? - and perhaps some of you are asking yourselves the same question. I'll try to discuss a bit of what it is that is happening with us all at this point in time and space, with the help of some very knowledgeable and intuitive people whome I've come to lean on and respect, two of them being Barbara Hand Clow and Carl Johan Calleman who have both written on the Mayan Calendar and how it seems to describe an evolution of the human consciousness.

I haven't written much about the Mayan Calendar in this blog. I have mentioned Barbara Hand Clow a few times (check out this post for more on Barbara's work on the New Moons, Solstices and Equinoxes, and this one to read about her work on Chiron), but I haven't actually elaborated on her work on the Mayan Calendar, which is built partly upon the research of biologist Carl Johan Calleman, and partly upon her own past life regressions and channelings. Calleman found that the Calendar represents a purposeful evolution of consciousness on Planet Earth (as a living being - Gaia - with her own role in Cosmos), where several cycles of time overlay each other: each representing a different evolutionary period with a special purpose; each vibrating at a rate 20 times higher than the "previous" one (which accounts for a sensation of time being sped up each time we enter a new cycle); and each ending at the same time: October 28, 2011 (this is the date Calleman uses for the end of the Mayan Calendar, not December 21, 2012 as most people believe).

We are approaching the simultaneous culmination of all these (nine) cycles of evolution on October 28 this year at the speed of lightning! On March 9 we entered the fastest vibrating of the cycles, or Underworlds as Calleman calls them - the Universal or Cosmic Underworld. This cycle vibrates 20 times faster than the previous cycle (the Galactic Underworld), which began in 1999. To gain some perspective of the extremely fast developing world we're living in now, though, I'd like you to know that the cycle before the Galactic (the Planetary Underworld) began in 1755, and yet another cycle back, the National Underworld began 3115 B.C! So we're evolving as much as a species during less than one year, in this period between March and October, as we as a species evolved during much larger cycles, earlier in history.

Here's a graphic illustration of the nine cycles of evolution (I know it says that the Universal began in February and not in March and I've seen different dates for this - but everyone seems to agree that the First Day of the Ninth Wave (each of the cycles consists of seven days and seven nights) began on March 9):

(click here to view larger image) When Barbara Hand Clow, who is an astrologer, came upon the works of Carl Johan Calleman, she wanted to test his hypothesis against astrology to see if she could find relevant correlations in the astrological constellations taking place at the time of the big shifts of the Calendar. She found that there were and had indeed been major astrological extraordinarities taking place in the heavens during these shifts - and for her that was "evidence" enough of the truth in Calleman's work. Much of the material she had earlier channelled from the Pleiadians started to make sense to her in a new way. This post is going to become much too long if I go into the details of Barbara's work, but in short she says that we, the human species, are evolving to (once again) becoming true cosmic "citizens" and knowing our origins as starseeds and multidimensional beings. This is what we have the potential for now that we're moving towards the end of the calendar. And the chaos of our times, which seems to have become even more intense since we entered the Ninth Wave or Universal Underworld this March, is a "natural" outcome of the old, 3D focussed world and its structures falling apart.

I chose to call this post Clarity of Intention and Being In Time because we really need to be very, very clear on who we are, why we're here and what our role is in this MAJOR cosmic event taking place right now. We cannot afford to put our heads in the sand and pretend everything is normal or that it soon will get back to normal. We have to step up to the plate and remember who we are. My purpose with this blog is, partly at least, to provide information about this huge shift we're going through, and I can help you align with your true purpose and understand your role and why you're here, via astrology.

A vision of Urania, lit up by the Leo Full Moon

Yesterday's Full Moon in late Leo highlighted my asteroid Urania which it conjuncted. She was one of the muses and she was, according to Darkstarastrology, the goddess of astronomy and astrology (they of course were the same in ancient days) and was also associated with universal love and the holy spirit ( read more in the link above). It was not long ago that I found out where my asteroid Urania is situated - or perhaps I re-found out about it, but it was not until very recently that I truly started paying attention to this asteroid and its placement. It is conjunct my asteroid Medusa which is the asteroid that I was actually interested in at the time when Urania made herself known to me, too.

I found out about these asteroids at the New Moon in Aquarius, which fell in my 8th house, and it was the 8th house emphasis that led me to exploring the dark moon goddesses (as this house has connections to Pluto and Scorpio, plus the new moon itself is a dark moon), one of which is Medusa (see Demetra George's book Mysteries of the Dark Moon). Medusa guarded the ancient female mysteries and had a connection with serpents - an animal which is of importance to me. What she represented got thwarted when she was adopted into the greek, patriarchal pantheon, and well - nowadays we think of her as that horrible woman with snakes instead of hair on her head, who kills you by just one look - especially if you're a man.

Connecting to positive Medusa can, I think, be a very releasing and healing experience for many women today - I know she is an important archetype for me to try to get in touch with. She is the clue to my primal, female, serpent power! And, she is conjunct Urania! And, I want to become a professional astrologer! And both of them are linked with my Mars, which I know I have some difficulty expressing positively. And the whole bunch were lit up during yesterday's full moon. This is really profound as I "discovered" them on the new moon leading up to this full moon. On the other side of the opposition were Sun, Mars, Mercury, Chiron and Neptune! Wow.... this line-up must have added to the feeling of profundity and sacredness this full moon had to it.

My intention for the new moon was connected to both Urania and Medusa, so I expected them to be highlighted right now, to be understood a bit better. And what happened, this afternoon, was I really "connected" with Urania. I was meditating, asking for guidance, and went deep into my inner imagery and felt that I was really in the flow. Then she was there. First, there was a beautiful , exquisite dress being shown to me: pale yellow, with a sweet pattern of embroidered dark red/brown flowers, and with a pretty lace collar - it had a renaissance feeling to it. Then I saw myself in this dress, up in a tower in the starry night, gazing at the heavens through my two (!) telescopes. I knew I was Urania, or embodying Urania, and I heard a voice assuring me that I am on the right path with astrology and need not worry about it, I already have it in me and am really talented at it.

I reappeared from the meditation by the phone ringing, and it was a friend who is an astrologer. She said: I just bought the most lovely, delicate summer dress!

So, there I had it! There are still more questions to be answered - the Medusa connection to Urania is not very clear to me yet - but I know now that astrology is a clue to gaining access to positive Mars. Medusa will probably follow.... I just find these things amazing. We are truly moving into a much better world and we need to start listening more to our inner guidance, and connect with our multidimensional selves. We need to align with our soul blueprint and step more firmly onto our true path. Astrology can help us getting attuned to the cosmic energies and align with the flow. If you would like me to help you understanding yourself and your path better, please contact me.

For more info about astrology consultations at Capricornian Cancer, please read this post.

I hope this post will inspire you to be receptive to what is shown to you at a Full Moon, and that this is a natural outgrowth of intentions set during the New Moon leading up to it. I will write more about "moon magic" in a forthcoming post.

I'm sending you much love and care! Please feel very free to comment upon any of the posts in this blog. I would love to get to know my readers a bit!

Soul Purpose Astrology Consultations

I welcome you to contact me at capricorniancancer@gmail.com to request a Soul Purpose Astrology Consultation. An astrology consultation could be focussed onto almost any matter or issue at all. It could be matters of relationships, work and career, personal development, life purpose etc.

When you request a consultation, you need to specify the particular issue(s) at hand. You can also just ask for a basic chart reading, which will delineate your basic character and strengths and challenges which are part of your psychological make-up. There is also the possibility to request a transits reading, which takes a look at what themes are being triggered in your chart right now, via the movements of the celestial bodies in the heavens. If your question is about relationship issues which involves another person, a synastry/composite reading can be done. In synastry the charts of the two persons are overlayed and this gives information about how the persons affect eachother. A composite chart is when the midpoints between each two planets (i.e the midpoint between person A's and person B's Sun, Mercury, Venus etc) of the two charts will be the basis of a whole new chart, which will be representative of the relationship itself.

When you request a reading you also need to provide your exact time of birth (year, day, hour and minute) and place of birth (city, state, nation). If you're asking about a relationship with someone, this person's data are needed too. Please note that the time of birth needs to be correct - otherwise the reading will be inaccurate.

Welcome with any questions and with your request for an astrology consultation to capricorniancancer@gmail.com. When I have received your request and the data needed, I will confirm your request with an email and await your payment (via Paypal) of 50 USD (just click on the Buy now button below). After I have received your payment, you will need to wait 2 to 3 days to receive your reading of 4-6 full text pages. The reports are synthesized completely by myself (no computer analysis) and I spend many hours on each report.

Becoming an astrologer

Last year, about this time of the year, I was SO close to deciding to start reading people's horoscopes - for free - in order to gain experience in chart reading. I would be doing this in preparation to, later on, be able to work professionally as an astrologer. But then something else came up, and these plans were put on hold for the rest of the year. Now, they're surfacing again and I'm thrilled to tell you all about it!

The Zodiac (Wikimedia Commons)

For many, many years I have been reading about jungian psychology, symbology, dreamwork and, above all, astrology. The symbology became a foundation for me to stand upon; the symbolic language opened up the inner world to me, and this inner world turned out to be a basic clue to happiness in my life. I navigate from the inside - mostly - and without understanding the language of the inner world I would be quite lost. My conscious relationship to the inner world started with jungian psychology. I read a lot about it, and then had a chance to meet a jungian analyst during half a year or so, when I was about the age of 25. During this time I kept a dream journal and had a very active relationship with the symbol world and the archetypes. I think often this naturally leads on to astrology - it did for me at least. It was the beginning of a love story which is still going strong 10 years later, and I am pretty sure it will never end (as I am pretty sure I have been doing this in previous/parallel lifetimes, too). Astrology for me was about making the subjective a little bit more objective, tangible and comprehensible. It was about my inner experiences making sense in a larger scheme. It was about finding meaning. I could look to the symbols that came to me in my dreams at night, or in meditations and visions, and correlate them to what was going on in the heavens and how this triggered off my natal birthchart. My life began to make sense and it even seemed much more exciting!

And here I find myself many years after my initial meeting with this wonderful world, not being able to stop this urge to share what I've learnt and help people aligning more closely with their true selves through astrology. The Uranus transit to my MC in late Pisces, which began in June 2009 is now over. The final push in this career transition for me was the Jupiter/Uranus conjunction (which we've had for a while), which was exact on the day of the solar eclipse on the Capricorn new moon on January 4th, within a degree of my MC. With this energetical boost I suddenly felt VERY sure: what I will do is becoming an astrologer! I "happened to" find the website of the IAA (the International Academy of Astrology) and it did not take long until I had made my final decision to start studying with them. This is a preparation to become a certified astrologer with the ISAR or the NCGR.

I feel GREAT about this! Be prepared to see many new interesting turns and offers coming up soon on this blog :)! I am as eager to start reading charts now as I was last year about this time - but now I feel better prepared for it. So watch out for the next post, coming up soon.

Sending lots of love to you all!

Entering 2011

As I sit down to write a blogpost for the first time in quite a long while, I'd like to start out by wishing anyone passing by a very happy and rewarding new year! May 2011 be anything you'd wish for and much, much more! Personally I have a very good feeling about this year. I don't expect it to be "normal" or predictable in any way, but I think it will be adventurous and fun. And I'm definitely in for that!

I just arrived back home from two weeks of christmas with family and then new year's with my partner. These two weeks have been a nice transition time from the finishing of the program I had been taking during last year and... well, and the NEW. Coming back home first seemed so very nice and I was full of energy to get organized, make plans and "integrate myself" to be able to move on, but then just a few hours later I found myself feeling completely lost and without any of all the energy I had expected. And this is where I am as I sit down to write. So I hope you'll bear with me as I try to write my confusion off and sort out my thoughts. This post really will be a true blogpost; blog as in weblog, a log for the web, a diary on the internet... Normally I try to keep the posts as general as possible - but I still do want to promote the idea that the personal can be general, when we try to make it so. (This may be my Cancer/Capricorn energies speaking!)

So, as I continue writing here I'll just admit that I have no idea where this post is heading or what I'd like to convey through writing it. Okey :)?

Franco Santoro who developed the concept of astroshamanism recently wrote about the tradition of recapitulation around christmas, as a preparation for consciously entering into the new year (http://astroshamanic.blogspot.com/2010/12/solstice-letter-from-christmas-by.html). I think it's something along these lines that I feel I need to do in order to enter into the new year of 2011 with clarity and intention.

The main question or issue for me is What is my path? (I think it's a good idea to clarify what the main question is when feeling confused). I think I may have written earlier about my MC, or midheaven, which is located in late Pisces in my birthchart. I think this placement of the MC often brings a lot of confusion about career or life path issues, where the native seeks some unclear spiritual "career" which always remains elusive and out of grasp. So, the question What is my path has always been a difficult one for me, but during the last few years with Uranus and later Jupiter transiting my MC, this question has become HUGE! But I also feel the transits have brought me to a greater understanding of my path, and not least, a greater feeling of freedom to explore this.

So when I recapitulate last year I keep my focus on my MC and the transits to it, and what has happened during the year, internally and externally, in matters of career and vocation; in matters of my life path. Keywords that come to me are Nature/Herbs/Flower essences, Healing and Writing. And Astrology, but it doesn't come on as strongly as earlier this year. Shamanism is also like a backdrop. Yes, there it is. Yes, these are great realizations that I have made during this year when I have transitioned from a permanent position as a school librarian ,which almost bored me to death, to an unsure but free and exciting future where I can explore how to make a living out of the above interests and passions that I have.

I have a strong feeling I need a mentor, a guide to help me develop my path and stick to it. I know the power of intention, but I find it so hard to come down to one intent and stick to it purely - I fear all other things thus get ruled out and what if the intent is not the right one? But then I also know this fear is just an excuse not to move onto the path, because I've learnt that if the intent is not the right one, I would simply just know this after a while. So I guess the fear is really about moving onto the path. It's so weird, what I wish for most profoundly I hinder myself from achieving!

OK, I'll keep on recapitulating and then try to set up some sort of plan - and I'll see you all soon again here on the blog. I hope this post has inspired some of you to also do a recapitulation in order to be better able to move consciously into 2011.

Love,
Anna

Autumn Equinox and Harvest Moon

Dear readers,

I hope you've had an.... interesting autumn equinox and full moon! It was yesterday that the Sun moved into Libra, marking the entrance into the third part of the astrological year. The energies of this autumn equinox merge with the potent energies of the cardinal T-square of Saturn in early Libra (conjunct the equinox Sun) opposite Uranus and Jupiter retrograde in late Pisces (conjunct the full moon that was exact a few hours after the equinox), and T-squaring Pluto in early Capricorn! So you can understand the energies have been intense, and possibly you have felt this intensity in your physical and emotional bodies. For example, many people have reported of heavy headaches and increased body temperature during these last few days. There has also been an increase in solar activity during this time with great solar flares erupting on the Sun's surface. For sure this all affects us.

Mabon - the celtic autumnal equinox

In Barbara Hand Clow's astrological analysis for the Virgo New Moon, she says it is time we all find our path and follow it. We need to think deep and hard about who we are, why we're here and how we fit into the bigger scheme during these important, majestic times of human evolution. In line with this, the autumn equinox is also a time of evaluating where you're at, looking back to the intentions you set at the beginning of the astrological year; the spring equinox. What did you intend to manifest for this year, and how have things turned out? Have your intentions yet manifested? Should you give it a little bit more attention - perhaps things are just about to manifest and you simply need to put in some renewed focus and energy to make it happen? Or, as Barbara writes, some things have not manifested because they just don't really belong in your life as an authentic, ascending human. You can read her Astroflash here: http://www.handclow2012.com/astroflash.htm. You will find a lot of helpful insights in her text, that hopefully can provide input as you assess where you're at during this powerful autumn equinox of 2010!

Lots of love to you all!

Transit Sun opposing Chiron/Neptune

As I was preparing to compose a new post for the blog I found myself coming back to the issue of Chiron and its links to both flower essences and astrology, which I have already written a bit about in earlier posts. I then found that with the Sun now at 28 Leo, it is opposing the conjunction of Chiron/Neptune at 28/27 Aquarius. With the Galactic Center at 26 Sagittarius, the past few days with Sun moving into trining the GC and opposing the Chiron/Neptune conjunction have had a certain unusual quality to them! For me this has involved a kind of impersonal sadness, a LOT of crying for unclear reasons and a feeling of complete weariness with life as it has been with all the 3D distractions.

If you have astrological placements around these points or at late Aries, Scorpio or Taurus, you may well have been experiencing something of an extra trigger, a highlight to the themes and energies involved for you. Perhaps you have been feeling very wounded and you just cannot find any more energy trying to find explanations for the wound, or finding mundane distractions to cover the wound up? Perhaps you are moving into an understanding that only Neptune's deep spirituality provides relief? Chiron himself functions as the bridge to deeper spirituality. Chiron is the initiator. It is a clue planet in understanding ascension, as it rules vibrations/resonance, the pineal gland, healing through vibratory means as crystals and flower essences by raising vibrations into a higher consciousness.

The Centaur by William Blake. Note the pine cone on the wand - a symbol for the pineal gland?

And with the Galactic Center tying in with this brief but powerful opposition in the sky - with the grand cross also at play making us all very acutely aware of all that is wrong and needs change on Earth - we have an opportunity for a deeper spiritual knowing of what ascension is about - as the Galactic Center is the 9D "spiritual heart" of our galaxy.

I hope I have managed to convey in an - at least a bit - understandable manner how I feel about the energies of these days, and if any of you have insights or experiences you'd like to share, please go ahead in the comment section! Wishing for a weekend with healing insights for you all!

Leo and the Heart

Dear readers,

it's been such a long time since I wrote here on the blog. I have wanted to focus on my here-and-now life; on the down-to-earth everyday practicalities. It is not that I have had a very busy time, but the days on the course I'm taking have been filled with work and practice, combined with lots of new knowledge to absorb, and I have really wanted to go for this new endeavour and stay very dedicated to it. I have a tendency to scatter my energies into far too many activities and interests at the same time, and I wanted to avoid that now.

Now, perhaps it's the energies of the very recent Leo new moon that are triggering me into a renewed effort with this blog! In Sweden, where I live, the late summer gives us just completely amazing days right now! Today I could really feel the leonine energies! Big, sunny, open heart and just that feeling of loving to exist! And the creativity linked to astrological Leo and the 5th house stems from this outbursting of Sun energy, where the true You pours from your soul and makes you all radiant. And the flowers of this time of the year reflect this quality too, I think. Many of them are grand and abundant and have such strong, regal, fiery colours! Oh what a joyful time!

Rudbeckia hirta - a very leonine flower

In my astrological make-up there is not much fire. In Leo there is just Saturn for me, so the fire energy has been a great challenge! Saturn is conjunct my ascendant from the 1st house, so my personality has been very cautious, shy and restricted. Leo is connected to the heart, and I kept mine closed due to fear of not being well received with my love. Today, I have learnt quite well to love myself! I still slip back into fear sometimes, but not very often.

Living from the heart is what we need to do in these times. The astrological T-square of Uranus/Jupiter in early Aries, Saturn in early Libra and Pluto in early Capricorn is presenting extremely intense times and is very, very challenging for many people. This configuration in the sky is ushering in long-since prophesied times of a shift of the ages, the ascension of Gaia and humanity, a new golden age coming where humanity will live from the heart and no longer exist in polarity consciousness. There is so much written around the web about this shift, and I do not intend to dive into trying to explain this in detail. But our lives are all coloured by these energies now. This is my perspective.

So now with the energies of the recent Leo new moon still active, try to move into your heart and stay there as much as you can. And ask yourself, who are you really? What is your deepest identity? What is your passion? What do you want to create? What makes your heart sing?

Sending lots of leonine love to you all!

The Taurus/Scorpio axis and Nature spirits

I have some trouble making up my mind as to what this blog is all about: What does it mean to me, why did I start it, what is the purpose of keeping it going? As I wrote in my last post, I feel that the blog reflects my 5th house/Scorpio, where I have Uranus conjunct North Node. Sitting by myself, moving deep into my psyche (Scorpio), and creatively (5th house) putting it all together by connecting it to astrology (Uranus) - and the North Node part of it "simply" giving me a feeling of doing something very close to my true path - it all did feel very important and rewarding for me. I also did start building a website that would be the basis of trying to practice my skills (if any) in chart reading, and possibly one day trying to do this professionally (even if that of course would require some formal training). As transiting Uranus is on my MC right now, I've had a lot of thoughts, plans, and not least anxieties around vocation, and with both the ruler of my MC (Neptune) and Uranus natally in the 5th house, I did get a very strong feeling that THIS was my true vocation!

As those of you who have been following this blog know, something else came up, and it is my deep hope that this new endeavour is also an important piece of the puzzle as to the understanding and finding of my vocational path. But I do tend to worry that this new endeavour is something that is representational of my South Node (in Taurus), and which would thus be a kind of regression instead of positive evolution. Now, I do know that things are not that black-or-white, but it seems I really have a need to sort these things out a bit, to know deeply my motives for beginning this course in egological farming/gardening. I think it may well be partly a reconnection to past lives issues, I just hope that it is a positive reconnection - one that reactivates important previous knowledge - rather than a pull-back. I have written quite a lot about Chiron also in this blog, and Chiron in my chart is losely conjunct the South Node. I have had Chiron transited (by trine) by Pluto recently, and so Chiron has become kind of activated in my psyche/soul. This is something entirely positive and really should convince me that I am on the right path here...!

I would really like to better understand the interplay of both the 5th/11th house axis, and the Taurus/Scorpio axis. I just found this interesting post on a forum (http://www.mysticalwonders.org/group/about2098.html):
My guess is you probably have a struggle with the material security driven side in you and the more instinctive spiritual deep side in you. The pull will be the cross between the necessaty to survive and compromise and feel secure with others, and breaking away from the material to find some kind of new beginning where the hidden nature of things becomes primary in your daily functions, I mean, sticking with that gut feeling, or vision, or whatever and seeing where it goes, how deep the rabbit hole goes. If you have strong Scorpio leaning in your chart, there will be something very strong inside you that needs mystical experiences, but the Taurean side will favour necessity over the life or death attitude of Scorpio, and death can occur in terms of release of old ways, life of new. [...] Also the polarity of the Scorpio Taurus axis is often linked with (if you believe) past-life in Witchcraft and magic, so there may be a powerful witch within you.
This rings very deep and true to me. Both the part of the Taurus energy representing material security needs, and the witchcraft/magic thing. I do not like to think that I may have (subconsciously) embarked upon this course to get that good feeling of knowing what to do every day, and having a secure, although low, income during these few months! But I do like the idea that this endeavour may be a good way to reconnect with a heritage that I resonate with - that of the wise woman who understands the natural world so well that she can work with it through "magic" - co-create with it. I am beginning to understand that an essential part of this course, for me, is about understanding that nature really is alive, not metaphorically but literally, in that the natural world is built and sustained by nature spirits, that we need to cooperate with.
To me it is really interesting to think of Taurus/Scorpio as Demeter/Persephone, and as the Ground/the Underground. It has a lot of pertinence to understanding my own motivations for doing what I'm doing right now! Thank you for reading this, and I truly hope that you have received some good input as to your own Taurus/Scorpio-, or 2nd house/8th house-, or even Venus/Pluto energy interplay! Please know that I would greatly appreciate to hear any thoughts that you might like to share here, by posting a comment below.

Sending wishes for much love and joy to you all!

Remaining centered

The past few months have been very tranquil and meditative for me, and I think they have been a bit slow for everyone, as Mars has been retrograde. For me this time has been very healing. Slowly I have moved out of stress and out of feeling guilty over not doing all those things that main stream society expects us to do. I have moved into a realization of a deep dilemma that has been very ingrained in my soul: I have believed that there is no way out of the trap of having to put up with just about any work, no matter how dreadful one finds it, to be able to survive (I wrote about this in my previous post). This dilemma seems to be clearly illustrated astrologically in that transiting Uranus, which is moving over my MC, is also opposed by T-Saturn, hovering at my IC - the dilemma of freedom vs security, where Saturn (security) previously has won at the expense of my spirit (I also have Saturn square Uranus natally).
Uranus the awakener
Saturn natally squares my nodal axis, so it is a critical planet in the understanding of difficult karmic stuff for me. The realization came about during a past life regression, so it was not just a mental understanding - which, I think, is why it brought about such a profound release. It all peaked when i had to make a decision about how to handle a possible job offer - a job I did not want but felt obliged to accept if I would be offered it. The regression helped me solve it, and after that, the Universe showed me that all was well by making me "stumble over" the course in organic farming/gardening that I have now finished the first week of! I'm amazed to have this happening to me!

I call this post Remaining centered because this seems to be the great challenge right now. All is well, but I have to make an effort to remain myself among other people and with a more busy schedule. In order to be able to write, I need a lot of time so that things can grow and become conscious in my mind before I can put them into words. I have less time now, but I really don't want to let go of this blog. I feel that this, too, is an important part of this transit of Uranus to my MC, as Uranus does represent astrology among other things. The course in organic farming ties in with the Taurean parts of my chart I feel, and that is partly my South Node. But the South Node is not isolated from the North Node - the direction of the Soul in this lifetime - and Uranus is conjunct my North Node after all. So I really will try to keep on writing in this blog and hope that it will help me remaining centered. And I hope that the readers that have found their way here will keep on finding it interesting!

I hope that you've all had a good start of the new astrological year starting at the spring equinox of last Saturday!
I wish you lots of love and joy!

Going with the Flow - Jupiter through Pisces

A couple of weeks ago I found the wonderful Gaian Tarot, created by Joanna Powell Colbert (http://www.gaiantarot.com/). This deck has so much to offer right now! It is created to mirror an earth-centered spirituality, and it has neither patriarchal nor ethnical bias. It focuses on healing, and on the fact that as we heal ourselves, we heal the Earth. Each week Joanna presents a Card of the Week for reflection, and last week it was the Explorer of Water - quite a lot about Going with the Flow. Joanna writes:
When he catches a wave, he is pulled into the present moment, hyper-aware and effortlessly concentrating. Just like in meditation, he will end up rigid and tight if he tries too hard to control his mind. The wave then overtakes him and he wipes out. But if he finds the sweet spot where all is effortless, the wave will carry him with exquisite grace.
In retrospect, I very much feel that the Explorer of Water sustained me during the past week. I had a lot of things on my schedule that seemed scary and new, and I also felt that I was faced with a huge dilemma, that seemed unsolvable in my mind, and which had me completely teared up last weekend. But this past week showed me that if we can decide to dive into it all - step up to the challenge with an open attitude where we are trusting, clearheaded and openhearted - we will be sustained and guided further onto our path.

The dilemma I was faced with was that I had been called to a job interview and I felt intensely that I did not want the job. But out of fear that I would lose my unemployment benefits if it turned out I had said no to an interview, I couldn't see I had any other alternative than to go to the interview. A few days before the interview was to take place, I was scheduled for a past life regression, and it turned out to be very helpful in understanding this dilemma. The regression did turn out as a mix of both real past life memory and kind of a symbolic inner journey. The common denominator was the dilemma of boundaries versus freedom - Saturn versus Uranus basically. The main character was a man who was so burdened by his duties and he couldn't find any other way out of it than to take his life! He longed so much to be in nature, and to be in the water (his yin, his feelings), and hated intensely to go to work in the big, dirty, noisy city.

In my natal chart I have Saturn square Uranus! And right now, as I have written about before, my IC/MC-axis is being affected by the Saturn/Uranus-opposition. The regression made me realize that I have really come into this life with the attitude that life is a life-long burden, with no way out other than death. So extreme. But now I have the chance to resolve this dilemma, and this knowledge means so much! It made me actually feel that I could go to the interview, be honest about how I felt about it all (in front of the interviewers), but also to feel that it would be OK if I got the job, and also if I didn't... And so I went to the interview with an open attitude.

Then, the day after that, an entirely new path opened! And Nature stepped in. I watched a TV-show about gardening, which I so much feel I would like to do some day - have my own garden and be able to cultivate vegetables and perhaps tend some animals in order to be at least a bit self sustaining. I got inspired to do an internet search for cooperative cultivation, and I found there are some projects going in my own city. But, I also found a course in organic gardening in a beautiful park setting that I absolutely adore, not far from where I live! The course is also about restoration of old garden and park milieus, as well as how gardening and cultivation can be used as therapy!

I have written about how I feel so drawn to herbs, and it seems to go well with Chiron in Taurus. I would love to learn about the natural laws, and this course would be perfect! I have applied for it, and am waiting now to see if I will get accepted. In that case, I would start in just a few weeks, and keep going til the end of this year. After that, I would really have learned a whole new occupation, but most importantly, I feel I would have connected to Mother Earth much more profoundly. On Starchild global, the reading for March talks much about exactly this thing - the connection to nature and to the elementals (http://starchildglobal.com/) - scroll down a bit to get to "The emergence and the elemental synthesis: March equinox 2010".

Can you see how I have felt like the Explorer of Water this past week? I still don't know what will happen, but I feel so much freer now, and positive that things will unfold as meant for me! I so much hope for such a release for anyone who reads this, too! As well as much love and joy, continuously!

Warmest hugs,
Anna

An edit: I was just pondering how transiting Jupiter is moving through Pisces right now, and this takes place in my 9th house. It goes well with studies - plus natally, Jupiter resides in Taurus and the sabian symbol is A vast public park. So, Jupiter through Pisces seems to describe this new endeavour for me - and we're back to where we began: Going with the Flow. Wow! How much more Piscean can it get? Now I'll have to edit the title of this post..!

Dear readers, what is Jupiter in Pisces triggering in your charts? Where can you try to find the flow?

Hugs again,
Anna

The 5th/11th house axis combining with the MC, and Chiron as Shaman

Today a chain of thoughts brought me back to Chiron again. It seems that there has been a profound effect upon the workings of Chiron in my psyche as a consequence of transiting Pluto having trined it. For this I'm so happy - it has my intuition working so amazingly well, and I cannot imagine a more exciting adventure than the one that sets about through intuition. If you act upon those clear messages that come from your soul, and that are enhanced by synchronicity so that you just KNOW they are meaningful, then things will unfold in an amazing way. It's a certainty. Trust is the key.
(Book cover for "Chiron and the healing journey" by Melanie Reinhart)

And so what was it that led me back to Chiron today? I was pondering the fact that my MC at 26 Pisces will soon be transited by Uranus, and I had a realization about how the interplay of the 5th and 11th houses ties in with this transit to my MC. The MC or Midheaven marks the beginning of the 10th house in the horoscope, and represents the highest point of the heavens at the time of birth. Thus it represents the most "visible" you as a part of society. It represents your role in society, what comes out of your true calling or vocation. If you have planets conjunct or in strong aspect to the Midheaven or simply in your 10th house they are pointers to your strivings in society.

The MC in Pisces has had me very confused about finding my vocation. Pisces is not known for certainty of direction. It is more about dreams, intuitions and a longing for Source. Finding my vocation has always seemed very elusive to me. I have always had a nagging feeling of discontent, and a lack of something extremely important in my work - spirit. It seems that it is not until now that I am really getting ready to integrate my MC. I feel it's very much about daring to be seen in society as someone representing Piscean values, and working with them. And my feeling has been that this is quite controversial. The MC interplays with the IC (the Nadir) - your deepest personal roots - and this axis is often seen as representing the parents. I know for me the feeling that working with something Piscean might not be seen as acceptable is a view I've internalised from my parents. But with Uranus transiting the MC, I am finally breaking away from this internalised message and am ready to go my own way.

What has this to do with the 5th/11th house? Well, my MC is ruled by Neptune, which resides in the 5th house, in Sagittarius. Uranus, the planet that transits the MC is natally near the cusp of my 5th house, conjunct the North Node (NN) which is in the 5th. Uranus is the natural ruler of the 11th house, and Neptune in my chart is ruled by Jupiter (since it is in Sagittarius), which resides in... the 11th house! And the connection between my MC (Neptune ruled) and Uranus, to the 5th/11th houses, is emphasising my nodal axis which is in these houses. And the South Node (SN) is widely conjunct... Chiron! And Chiron is in the 10th (although quite close to the cusp of the 11th) - vocational issue again. Isn't that a fascinating loop? Chiron conj. the SN can be representative of past lives as a healer. It all ties in so beautifully into a web of energies, all correlated....

When I searched for more information on Chiron in the 10th, I found this site on Molly's astrology, where she writes that Chiron is associated with shamanism (http://north-node.com/astrology-tutorials/chiron)! Past lives as a healer, or maybe as a shaman? She also writes in one of the comments of the article that "Chiron's resonance is often with the herbal world". As you can read in earlier posts I have understood that there is something about shamans and herbs that is calling me - but I did not know it had to do with Chiron. Now I know, and I just feel... blissful! - by the accuracy and meaningfulness of it all.

Revel in your synchronicities, everyone!
I wish you lots of love and joy
Anna

Priestess of Freyja

She's calling again - the Divine Feminine, the Great Mother, the Goddess, the Earth. Please listen to this with me:

Powerful, isn't it? Mari Boine is a Sámi woman, and I will explain why I resonate with this below. (If you like Mari Boine's music, here's her myspace-site: http://www.myspace.com/boine.)

A great theme for me during last spring and that also came up again during a workshop I participated in with Barbara Hand Clow in September was to research the divine feminine in history. I was very drawn to the Priestess archetype, and I had tried to participate in a "priestess course" just a few weeks before the workshop with Barbara, which somehow made me feel very uncomfortable and I quit it.

In the workshop when we did the Journey through nine dimensions, I experienced the World Tree (which is actually the 10th dimension - the one that links the other nine) as a pulsating, vibrant pillar of pregnant women - a line, THE line of "ancestresses". I also experienced a "northern people" - Siberian or Sámi, probably Sámi - in the 3rd dimension, as great guides for me. Not too long after the workshop, I got a migraine, and when in that state, my mind let me make important connections - between herbal knowledge (which was also a theme for me during the workshop), shamans, and Sámi.

And so, something happened just recently that made some pieces of this puzzle come together for me: A friend and I talked about how the sacred feminine has been buried for so long, and speculated about what it may have been like to be a woman during the bronze age or iron age here in the North. When I got home I happened to find a reference to an archeological finding: a woman's grave from the iron age, who is believed to have been a Priestess of Freyja! Also, the finding was right where one of my best friends lives - we had spoken of this finding but she did not know that it was so special!

A priestess of Freyja.... this had my mind wander. And it was when I searched for info on this topic that I found the music clip above - which had me completely in tears. It is because it's all coming closer to me - I'm no longer just fascinated by, say, ancient minoan priestesses - I am finding clues coming together for me personally, and it's SO amazing to read about this archetype in a northern setting. And Freyja among other things is a shaman I feel! In two weeks I will have a past life regression session, and I hope to find out more about this as well as other important things.

This is a very personal story, and I hope as always that the personal can be universal. After all, we are one. How does the divine feminine show itself to you? Are you paying attention to synchronicities in your life?

Warmest wishes for much love, joy and healing in your lives!
Take care,
Anna

Slowly with Saturn retrograde through my 4th

I have moved into a very inwardly focused mode. Soon already one month has gone by since I quit working. Time passes incredibly fast, and the days flow in and out through one another. But even if time seems to be passing at an intense pace, I still experience a slow pace inside myself. I am starting to really move out of stress, and instead I am almost beginning to experience the other extreme - I'm almost getting bored.

It seems to fit well with transiting Saturn going retrograde in my 4th house. Saturn began retrograding at 4.39 Libra on the 14th of January. That was the day before the Solar eclipse (it was also the day that I started this blog), which I experienced as a boost, but now that flow has somehow smoothed itself out, and I can really feel Saturn retrograde in my 4th, squaring transiting Pluto in 6th, as a hold-back for me now. This is OK! I can hardly expext to know right away how to shape my "new" life.

At the same time I'm SO eager to find that new direction! Transiting Uranus is working in opposition with transiting Saturn right now (although not to the exact at this moment - the first exact opp. was at 24 Virgo/Pisces in September, next will be in April this year at 28 Virgo/Pisces, then end July, 0 degr. Libra/Aries). When T-Uranus first hit my MC at 26 Pisces in June 2009, I could hardly resist resigning, but held it for a bit longer. Then Uranus started retrograding, but in September, when the opposition of Uranus/Saturn was exact, I decided to go ahead and do it! Resign!

Uranus retrograded back through my 9th house, back to 22.42 Pisces, and turned direct on December 2nd. On March 21st it will reach my MC for the 2nd time - and this is interesting, because this is the date of the Sprinq Equinox! This is the time when the new year REALLY begins! I just realized this, and I like it very much. The time between the Winter Solstice and the Sprinq Equinox is a time for reflection on the past year - not the very best time to set the intentions for the new year, anyway. So, I am thinking it's astrologically perfectly OK that I use these few months to get ready for the new.

I have a few embryos of plans - and today I ordered a little something to try to push myself in the right direction :). In my last post I talked a lot about Chiron, and in the book by Barbara Hand Clow that I've been reading, she mentions how Chiron also rules homeopathy, aromatherapy and other forms of energetics medicine. She moves onto using flower essences as an example, stating: "Minute quantities of flower essences are capable of causing a major shift in stuck emotional patterns, if a person determines the quality of an emotion and takes the appropriate essence to release it."

This had me remembering Bach's flower essences, which have fascinated me before, and I went to read about them again. And I found there's an essence, Wild oat (funny!), that seems to describe my constant dilemma. Wild oat "...is the remedy for people who feel they want to do something worthwhile with their lives but don't know which direction to go". (http://www.bachcentre.com/centre/38/wildoat.htm).
How great!

Hope you're all well,
much love and joy!

Astrology, and of late, Chiron!

Astrology is pretty much what has brought me to where I am today. Astrology is such a great tool to grasp how you are a part of the bigger picture. Without it, I really would have been a very lost soul. Astrology helps me to understand where I'm coming from, where I'm at today, and where I'm heading to - by means of looking into what archetypal energies are at play in every moment.

Astrologically, what interests me the most are the outer planets: Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. And most particulary; Chiron! Chiron is
described by Barbara Hand Clow as a "transforming bridge between the inner and outer planets". It was discovered in 1977, at a time when, supposedly, there was a lot going on in the world that indicated new ways of understanding our consciousness (I wouldn't know, I was just a small child at that time ;D). Alternative healing methods is just one example.

In mythology, Chiron was a teacher, an initiator, a wounded healer, and not least a gre
at astrologer. Chiron rules divination, initiation into "higher consciousness" (contact with the Higher Self or the divine), the pineal gland, crystals, ecology etc, according to Barbara Hand Clow in her excellent book Chiron: transforming bridge between the inner and outer planets. Chiron points to where different dimensions/realities intersect and thus to "holographic attunement"/dimensional attunement.

Just during the last few days, I've realised how much I've been influenced by Chiron lately. And I'm completely awed and amazed. Pluto is transiting the early degrees of Capricorn, has been trining my natal Chiron in Taurus in the 10th house, where also my progressed Midheaven is. I feel so much that I am in some sort of flow, with a heightened intuition (the pineal gland is connected to the third eye chakra), where the insights just keep coming, one thing leads me to another in a beautiful flow... Wanting to make the process visible to others by writing this blog could be the 10th house part of it.

So, dear readers, even if you don't have anything going on with your astrological Chiron right now, I still feel that he is of great importance in these particular times. In my understanding, evolving consciousness and dimensional attunement is pretty much what it's all about, right now.

Wish you love and joy,
Anna
